Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

2. All returned items must be in new and unopened condition.

3. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.

4. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund immediately. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note that we do not accept returns on clearance or sale items. We also do not accept returns on perishable items, such as coffee products.
